General Information Regarding Pateting and Licensing

Technical writing is another skill-set of ours.  This not only pertains to articles for publication in the chemical literature but also to the realm of patent drafting.  If a client wishes to protect chemistry developed for them via a patent then we can greatly reduce the cost of this pursuit by drafting the bulk of the application for them.  In terms of patents being awarded by USPTO we have a success rate of 75 % or better.  Licensing and ownership of technology developed for a client are open to negotiation and can cover the gamut of complete transfer of intellectual property to limited-use arrangements.
